While we hope you love your Fortuna Femme purchase, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out!  Please read below for full details on our returns and exchanges policy. 

Returns

What can't be returned:

  • Items marked down greater than 50%

  • Hosiery 

  • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items  cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, liners must be in place

Return shipping charges information:

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Returns require the customer to pay for return shipping. 

If you receive items that are incorrect or damaged, you will be refunded for both the original shipping and return shipping. 

Returns Process:

1. Contact us via customerservice@fortunafemme.com to request a Return Authorization Number. (This must be done within 14 days of delivery)
2. Provide the reason for your return

3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number

4. Include your RA# with the return package

5. Ship your package back to:

    Philadelphia, PA 19146

a. Please note, Fortuna Femme is not liable for packages lost in transit, to ensure you receive your refund, we suggest shipping with tracking 

6. Once we receive and inspect your return package we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, and send you a refund notification email.

a. If the item shows signs of wear, we will contact you about shipping the package back to your location. 


*Packages must be received within 10 days of receiving your RA#, for US customers 16 for Canadian Customers, 30 days for international customers.  If you do not think your package will arrive in the time window please contact customer service.



Exchanges  (US and Canada Only)

We know that size charts only get you so far and proper fitting requires you to have the items in hand. If you need to exchange for another size, just let us know!

 What can be exchanged:

  • Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to the contiguous USA, or Canada.

  • We can only offer only one free exchange per order.

  • Exchanges are allowed for size only. 

  • If your requested size out of stock when we receive your package you will be refunded.

Exchanges shipping charges information:
Exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping unless the original item shipped out is damaged or incorrect through no fault of the customer. We will pay for the shipping cost to get the new item to the customer.

Exchanges Process:

1. Contact us via customerservice@fortunafemme.com to request an Exchange Authorization Number. (This must be done within 14 days of delivery)
2. Provide the reason for your exchange, along with the size you'd like to exchange for
3. We will provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number

4. Include your EA# with the return package

5. Ship your package back to:
